How long does a website take?
A five-page site takes about two weeks. A ten to twelve page site takes three to four. E-commerce depends on product count. The biggest delay is always waiting on content from your side, so we send a checklist on day one.
What is a “lead engine” exactly?
It is the system that sits behind your website. When someone enquires, they land in a CRM pipeline, get an instant reply by SMS and email, and receive automatic follow-ups until they book or opt out. Missed calls trigger a text back. It runs on GoHighLevel and we build, test and maintain it.
Do I have to take the monthly plan?
No. You can buy the website on its own. Most clients add the lead engine because a site without follow-up tends to produce enquiries nobody answers, but it is your call.
Can you work with our existing website?
Usually yes. If the site is structurally sound we can build the lead system onto it without a rebuild. If it is slow, unindexed or breaking on mobile, we will tell you honestly that a rebuild is the better spend.
You are remote — how do we stay in sync?
One point of contact, a shared project board you can see at any time, and scheduled check-ins. You will know the status of your project without having to ask.
How do payments work?
Fifty percent to start, fifty percent before launch. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, except SEO which runs on a six-month minimum because it cannot show results faster than that.
